Golf Performance & Injury Prevention
Every big injury starts as something small.
Dr. Lejoy Mathew, DPT is certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), the leading golf fitness education organization focused on how the body affects the golf swing. Whether you're dealing with a nagging ache or just want to play more and hurt less, we find what's limiting you and fix it, one-on-one, at your home, your club, or your event.

The golf swing asks a lot of the body: rotation, hip mobility, stability, and speed, repeated dozens of times a round. When one area can't do its job, another picks up the slack, and that's where the small aches start.
Low back pain
Often a hip or mid-back mobility problem showing up in the lower back, especially after a round or a long drive.
Hip tightness
Limited hip rotation forces the spine and knees to make up the difference through the swing.
Shoulder & mid-back stiffness
A stiff thoracic spine limits your turn and overloads the lower back and lead shoulder.
Elbow & wrist strain
Repeated loading from the grip and impact can build into golfer's elbow and wrist pain.
What a TPI golf assessment looks like
A TPI-based screen looks at how your body moves, not just where it hurts. We check mobility, stability, and strength in the areas that matter most for your swing, then connect what we find to what you feel on the course.
Movement screen
Golf-specific tests for hips, spine, shoulders, and balance.
Hands-on treatment
Manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, and IASTM where you need it.
Targeted exercises
Corrective and end-range strengthening matched to your findings.
Clear next steps
A plan for getting back to full swing, and staying there.
Golf programs
Every golf program starts with an assessment, which counts as your first visit. Same straightforward pricing as all our programs.
