Initial Movement Assessment

A comprehensive one-on-one session focused on understanding the root cause of your pain or movement limitation.

During the visit, your physical therapist will perform a detailed movement assessment, provide hands-on treatment, and develop a personalized plan to address your issue. Many patients use this session to determine which of our recovery programs is the best fit for their goals.

Mobility Tune-Up

4 visits - $740

Short program for people with minor pain, stiffness, or mobility limitations before they turn into bigger problems.

This program focuses on identifying movement restrictions and improving flexibility, joint mobility, and muscle balance. It is ideal for active individuals who feel tight, stiff, or slightly limited but do not need a full rehabilitation program. It is a preventative maintenance for your body.

Desk Reset Program

8 visits - $1440

Designed for professionals who spend long hours sitting and are dealing with persistent neck, back, or posture-related pain.

Modern work habits create stress on the spine, shoulders, and hips. This program focuses on correcting the underlying movement issues caused by desk work and restoring healthy posture and mobility. Treatment will combine hands-on therapy with targeted mobility and strength exercises designed specifically for people who sit most of the day. Over 8 visits clients will typically notice a reduction in pain as well as improved posture.e

Weekend Warrior Recovery

12 visits - $2100 ⭐ our most popular program

For active adults who want to get back to the sports and workouts they love without pain or setbacks.

This program is designed for people dealing with injuries from activities like basketball, pickleball, golf, tennis, running, CrossFit, or strength training. Instead of just treating symptoms, we focus on restoring proper movement, rebuilding strength, and preventing injury recurrence. There will be a structured progression over 12 visits that includes hands on treatment, mobility work, strength development, and movement retraining. The goal is not just pain relief, but regaining confidence to get back to full activity.

We’re a direct-pay physical therapy practice, which means we don’t mess with insurance red tape. Instead, you get one-on-one, 45-minute sessions with a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy—no techs, no waiting, no generic treatment plans.

Whether you’re dealing with a nagging injury, bouncing back from surgery, or just want to stay in the game, our approach gives you real results without the runaround. You won’t be limited by visit counts or insurance approvals—we treat based on what you need, not what the insurance company allows.

While we don’t accept insurance, our patients are able to submit out-of-network claims depending on their plan. We’ll guide you on how to do that if you’d like, but you would have to get a doctor’s prescription to do so.
